LEARN KARATE AND SELF DEFENCE

Karate ( empty hand) is a fascinating sport that encompasses mind, and body, fitness and a self defence programme all in to one.

As well as the physical benefits, karate training helps to develop your confidence and self esteem, a good balance and quality of life.

Children

Karate training helps to develop self belief giving them important life skills, also helping them to enter society with a confident  and enthusiastic outlook.

We often have parents telling us how much their child's confidence and attitude has improved through out their training progress.

Adults

What ever age or fitness level you have, karate training will improve your condition, health, flexibility and strength, it also helps to reduce stress levels and has the extra benefit of learning self defence. The human body is designed to function for activity, then as we age it is important to look after our bodies, which goes along way maintaining our body systems. Many of our members are in their 40's, 50's also 60's, all have reported an increase in fitness and health.
